Overseas Travel Registration System

Travel Registration Procedures (Online) 

It is necessary for students at Okayama University to register their itinerary for all overseas travel via the International Exchange Support/Overseas Travel Registration System.

Purpose

In the case of emergency, Okayama University must ensure the safety of its students.
We, therefore, require students to register for all overseas travels, including international exchange, foreign language study, participation at an academic conference, and/or private overseas travel.

The overseas travel notification is submitted through the International Exchange Support/Overseas Travel Registration System.

Note

  • Using the university VPN connection may be required for students if trying to access the system from off-campus.
  • Test the VPN connection before leaving Japan.
  • Okadai ID and Password is needed to Log-in.
  • Ready passport, travel documents, and flight information before proceeding with the registration.

Programs offered by faculty/graduate school, course/practical training, academic conference etc.
e.g.) studying abroad, internship, volunteer, research, academic conference etc.
Students travelling through the Institute of Global Human Resource Development must each complete their individual registration.
All other students travelling should follow the specific instructions provided by their faculty/graduate school or the International Affairs Department.
