Overseas Travel Registration System
Travel Registration Procedures (Online)
All Okayama University students traveling abroad must register their trip online using the International Exchange Support / Overseas Travel Registration System. This helps the university contact you quickly in case of emergencies like natural disasters, terrorism, or disease outbreaks.

Study abroad, language programs, internships, conferences, field research, or private trips (e.g., sightseeing).

Procedures Required Before Traveling
- VPN Connection:
Required if registering from outside Japan. Test the connection before departure.
For VPN, refer to VPN Setup Guide
Your Okadai ID and Password are necessary when logging in.
