Student who fulfills the EPOK requirement can earn Certificate of Study Japan EPOK.

Orientation Week starts from 3rd April

March : Take Japanese Language Course Placement Test(online)
April 3rd : EPOK Guidance and Arrival Orientation
April 4th : Campus Life Orientation

August 5th : Classes end
August 5th : Closing Ceremony

Fall Semester (October 1, 2024 – February 28, 2025)

Orientation Week starts from 25th September

September : Take Japanese Language Course Placement Test(Online)
September 25th: EPOK Guidance and Arrival Orientation
September 30th: Opening Ceremony / Campus Life Orientation
October 1st : Classes start
February 7th : Classes end

Credits

The university will provide students with an official report of their academic records, listing course titles, grades, and credits earned. Please note that the recognition of credits earned at Okayama University is the responsibility of the students’ home universities.
